PLAZA INN Wiener Neustadt, BW Signature Collection

The property was really nice! We’ve been told that the hotel was only 3 months old so everything was looking new, clean and maintained. The staff was really nice and friendly, especially the women in the breakfast. We were always going for breakfast quite late and before putting everything back they were asking us if there is anything else we would like to eat. They were also happy to make us something fresh if we wanted. The people in the reception were happy to help us with everything, they even gave to my partner a key from a different reception room because he wanted to practise on his musical instrument. Parking was free outside the hotel, so that was convenient too. The cleaners were also trying to accommodate our needs.

Great hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable — perfect for a good night's sleep. I really appreciated the 24-hour reception, which made check-in and any questions super convenient. The breakfast was also excellent, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options. Highly recommend!

Hotel is new and nicely furnished. Everything was clean. They try to make all processes faster and easier for the guests by online options for chrck in or check out. Breakfast had everything you might want and need. The location was a bit strange, since it is situated in an industrial zone but it actually works, it is easily accessible and offers enough parking. All in all a great stay, just outside Vienna.

We loved the location, room; cleanliness,staff very kind and friendly, breakfast was amazing, We are travelling a couple of times a year and we stop in Austria often. This hotel is the best so far. We had a dog with us as well and hotel is pet friendly. We will go back in 2 weeks time

Everything was cool, only we stayd on the holiday day, so bar staff was not enough in the evening. Kids liked cheap and nice aqua park 3 mins on foot near.
