The property was really nice! We’ve been told that the hotel was only 3 months old so everything was looking new, clean and maintained. The staff was really nice and friendly, especially the women in the breakfast. We were always going for breakfast quite late and before putting everything back they were asking us if there is anything else we would like to eat. They were also happy to make us something fresh if we wanted. The people in the reception were happy to help us with everything, they even gave to my partner a key from a different reception room because he wanted to practise on his musical instrument. Parking was free outside the hotel, so that was convenient too. The cleaners were also trying to accommodate our needs.

Hotel is new and nicely furnished. Everything was clean. They try to make all processes faster and easier for the guests by online options for chrck in or check out. Breakfast had everything you might want and need. The location was a bit strange, since it is situated in an industrial zone but it actually works, it is easily accessible and offers enough parking. All in all a great stay, just outside Vienna.

The Front Desk staff was so helpful and friendly. Especially Selena (night duty Front Desk) who went beyond necessary. On our first night, the taxi driver would not accept a credit card payment, Selena helped us out of our situation with her personal funds since we had not yet had a chance to go to an ATM. She is to be commended :-).

Such a cosy new hotel! We were a bit afraid that it would be noisy because of its location, but we were surprised how quiet the room was. The room looks just like in the pictures, the bed is very comfortable and the breakfast was yummy! The staff was extremely friendly! Also a big plus that it has a lot of parking places.
